Scott Anderson, President - Scott has 19 years of experience serving as the Executive Director of a Christian nonprofit. Prior experience includes 9 years in marketing with an airline. He loves to support people serving in the mercy ministries where God has called them.
Dugan Kern, Treasurer - Dugan is a Management an Total Rewards Consultant with 25 years of experience partnering with private, public, and nonprofit organizations. Prior experience includes outreach, community treatment, and support services for adults suffering from sever mental health and addiction issues.
Ming-Jinn Tong - Ming-Jinn has 12 years of pastoral ministry experience and
has provided leadership for Christian nonprofits. He is the founder of Cultivate:
Intercultural Coaching, Hot Wok Academy, and Get Some Words.
